Overview
As a Marketscape Insights account administrator, you are able to manage your company's users.
This article will show you how to navigate to the Marketscape Admin tools, a summary of the Manage Users Interface, and a summary of user setup options.

Logging in to Marketscape Admin
The Users page Interface
When you navigate to Marketscape Admin, the default page will look like this. The table contains a list of all users in your company who have accounts.
You can change the number of users being shown in the table by using the "Items per page" dropdown below the table. |
By default, the table will show users with both enabled or disabled accounts.
Left Navigation provides access to other tools available to account administrators.
Add User - Click this button to add a single user.

Bulk User Import - This button will open up the tool to allow you to 1) download the blank bulk user import spreadsheet, or 2) if you have filled out the bulk user upload spreadsheet, to upload your completed spreadsheet. You can also click this button to download the blank sample spreadsheet.

Bulk Assignment Import - Clicking this button will open an interface that will allow you to download the bulk assignment import spreadsheet or upload a completed bulk assignment spreadsheet. The spreadsheet allows you to assign multiple providers to multiple users as a single action.

Bulk Actions - If you select multiple users by checking the checkbox to the left of their email address, you can make changes to the chosen accounts with a couple clicks. The bulk action changes you can make are:

The filters at the top allow you to limit which of your users are visible in the table. A summary of the filters are in the following table.

This filter allows you to remove or view your users' based on their account status either enabled or disabled If you are looking for an individual person to find out their account status, it is easier to find them using the global search. (see below)

Product |
If your company has multiple Marketscape Products, you can filter the user's in the table according to which products they have been assigned. Each selection in the filter will add any user who matches to the table. The filter does not identify multiple connections, that is, if you choose HHA and HOS, the table will show all users who have HHA, or HOS, or both. |
This filter will allow you to limit the table to users who match the selected role. Each selection in the filter will add any user who matches to the table. The filter does not identify multiple connections, that is, if you choose Admin and Sales Manager, the table will show all users who have the role for Admin, or Sales Manager, or both. Using this filter you will be able to limit the users in the table by the states to which they have access. Each selection in the filter will add any user who matches to the table. The filter does not identify multiple connections, that is, if you choose AL and AR, the table will show all users who have the access to AL, or AR, or both. |

Select a manager in this filter and only reps assigned to your choice will be visible in the table. |
Table Search - You can search any of the content visible in the table - names, usernames, email addresses, etc.
You can use partial entries, for example; if I am looking for accounts for Trella Health employees, I could search for "trella" and find every email domain that includes @trellahealth.com.
Excel Download - click this button to download the contents in the table to an Excel spreadsheet.
Update account or view account details
Each row in the table includes information for each user in your company. For each entry, you have three tools you can use:
- Click the to edit a user's account. Editing an account has the same options as creating a new account with two exceptions:
- The option to send a new account email does not exist when editing an account. Instead, you can click a button at the bottom that will resend the welcome email.
- You are able to reset the user's account password from within edit dialog box.

- Click the checkbox to multiselect users in the table to perform bulk functions.
- Click the "+" sign. This will open a panel that contains some summary information about the account for the selected user. Click the "-" sign to hide the panel.
And, since clarity is always preferable to guessing, here are some descriptions:
- First Row includes the user's email address, full name, company name, time/date of last login, account status, assigned role and their title.
- Welcome Email Sent - When an admin sets up a new account, they have the option to send a welcome email to the new user's email address with instructions on how to log in for the first time. If this email is sent, the date the email was sent is listed.
- Products - a list of products assigned to the selected user.
- Home Health Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape Insights for Home Health. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Home Health as a module.
- Hospice Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape Insights for Hospice. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Hospice as a module.
- Skilled Nursing Facility Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape Insights for Skilled Nursing. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Skilled Nursing as a module.
- HME/Infusion Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape Insights for HME/Infusion. This listing will only be present if the user has access to HME/Infusion as a module.
- Strategy Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Strategy. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Strategy.
- Last Modified - The date and time this user's account was last updated.
- Modified by - The user code for the admin who made the most recent change to the selected user's account.
- First Login - Date and time of the selected user's first login to any Trella Health product attached to the selected user's account.
- Last Password Reset - The date and time the selected user last changed their password.
- Notes - If the selected user has any notes in their account they will appear in this column.
Table of Users - Your users will show up in this table. If a filter is applied only users who fit the filter will be shown.
