What's new in Trella CRM

See what changed in Trella CRM on the web and on mobile, and where to find each update.

Web

Find duplicate patients

What's new: The new Duplicate Finder tool helps you spot and manage duplicate patient records.

Why it helps: Duplicate records can cause wrong data, reports that don’t match, and extra work. Finding and fixing them keeps your patient data clean and reliable.

To find it:

1. Open Patients on the web.
2. Select Patient Tools.
3. Click Find Duplicate Patients.

Mobile

Redesigned home page

What's new: The home page now opens with a personal greeting and a summary of today’s visits. You’ll also see:

• A bottom navigation bar with one-tap access to the pages you use most.
• A Quick Actions button in the center of the bar. It opens a menu with four groups:
  • Priority Items
  • Performance & Growth
  • Quick Create
  • Admin Tools

Why it helps: Everyday tools used to take several taps, and important items were easy to miss. Now reps and admins can see what needs attention and open it in one tap.

To find it: Open the Trella CRM mobile app. The new home page is the first screen you see.

Refreshed Android forms

What's new: Forms on Android have a new look when you create or edit records.

Why it helps: The old forms looked dated, were harder to read on a small screen, and took longer to fill out. The new design makes creating and editing records faster in the field.

To get it: Update Trella CRM to the latest version from Google Play.

Get the mobile updates

Update Trella CRM to version 26.10.1 from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Version 26.10.1 was released on October 2 for both.

This release has no bug fixes for iOS or Android.

Common questions

• I don’t see the new home page. What should I do?
  • Check your app version. If it’s older than 26.10.1, update the app from the App Store or Google Play, then reopen it.
• Can I use Find Duplicate Patients on my phone?
  • Not yet. This tool is available on the web, under Patients.
• Does the home page redesign apply to both iPhone and Android?
  • Yes. The new home page is part of this release on both iPhone and Android. The refreshed form design is for Android only.
