Unassign all users from an NPI in one step

You can now remove every user from an NPI in a single action through the Bulk Assignment Import tool — no need to list each user's email individually. This makes cleaning up provider assignments at scale faster and far less error-prone.
What's new
Admins can unassign every user from an NPI at once by using a wildcard value in the Bulk Assignment Import tool instead of entering each email address. In place of individual emails, enter any of the following:
- ALL
- ANY
- an asterisk (*)
Any one of these values tells the tool to unassign all users currently tied to that NPI.
Tip: Use ALL, ANY, or * in the user field for any NPI you want to fully clear. The values are interchangeable — use whichever your team prefers.
Why it matters
Clearing assignments one email at a time is slow and easy to get wrong. Unassigning all users in a single step saves significant time when cleaning up provider assignments at scale, and it reduces the risk of missed or mistyped entries that come with manual removal.
