At Trella Health, we're focused on delivering innovation as soon as possible to our customers. This article describes the types and timing of releases we make to the solution and how you can find out about them.
Release Types
Our three types of releases are described in the table below.
Release Type | Description | Frequency |
Software Enhancements | Addition of capability either through new software features or new metrics. Many times a release will have a combination of both! | About Once a Month |
Data Updates | Update of metrics to the most recent quarter of data. | Once a Quarter. See Data Release Timeline article for more details. |
Hot Fixes | Resolution of a high impact error. | Occasionally |
Release Notes
Each time we make meaningful changes to the solution, we provide Release Notes to the customer in the Help Center for that application. The release notes summarize changes that users will find valuable, such as new metrics, software features, and resolution of impactful bugs. If you've been heads down for a while and want to get up to speed on changes, simply read the Release Notes for each release. Upon Release, a release announcement email is sent to all users with a link to the Release Notes. We also provide an announcement within the application. Finally, we send an announcement to administrators in advance of the release, so they know of changes to the user experience before they happen.
Quarterly Webinars
Sometimes it is helpful to see new features in action and learn more about what led us to build them. We offer a quarterly webinar with members of our product management team, so you can get that additional color that helps you unlock all of the value possible from what we've delivered. We announce those webinars with email and through the application as well. They are posted in the Webinar Section of an application's Help Center.
