What URL do I use to log in?
All Marketscape products can be accessed from the same URL: app.TrellaHealth.com.

Before we continue with the login process, let's discuss SSO.
What is SSO?
SSO stands for Single Sign On. It is a form of connectivity that allows Trella Health to use the access credentials you use to sign into your company applications when you sign in to Marketscape. If your company has signed up to use SSO with Trella Health, you only need to remember one email and password to log in to your company applications and to Marketscape. In addition, if you are logged in to your company applications, Marketscape will open without requiring you to log in at all.
How do I know if I need to login using SSO?
Your initial Marketscape training should have included details about your company's login procedures. If you have questions, talk to your manager. Or, you can forward your question to Support@TrellaHealth.com and one of our support team will tell you if your company is set up with SSO.
Another way to tell if your company uses SSO is to look at the link you were given to use to navigate to Marketscape. An SSO URL will look like this: https://app.trellahealth.com/login?source=CompanyName. The "CompanyName" at the end would be your company name. Only SSO users can use a link in this format.
Still another hint is that your company computer has an application manager that gives you access to other applications that include a link to "Trella Health" or "Marketscape."
As a last resort, you can follow the login process below, and enter your email into the SSO interface. It will only work if SSO is set up for your email address.
Final SSO details
For most SSO users, your company will have an application manager that you will log in to in order to access numerous applications, including Marketscape. As a result, you do not need to navigate to app.trellahealth.com in order to log in, although you can if you want.

Some Tips
Saved passwords
If you use a program to save your passwords, make sure that you update any password changes in the software so your passwords match when you try to log in.
Problems
Issue | Solution |
I don't know which email to use | Your Marketscape login should use your company email address. You will need to get in touch with your company's account administrator in order to confirm the email address on your account. |
I'm new! I don't have an account yet. | You will need to make contact with your company's account administrator so they can verify the correct settings and set up your account. |
I have access to the wrong state! | As long as your company has contracted for the state you want, your account administrator can add access to additional or different states. |
I need another Line of Business! | Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing, or HME/Infusion. If you need access to an additional line of business you will need to make contact with your account administrator. |
I don't know who my Account Administrator is! | Ask your manager or send an email to Trella Health Support and we will track down your company's account administrator. |
I can't see the Explore page. | If you have been assigned the role Focused Sales Rep, you will not be able to see the Explore page. You will need to ask your account administrator to gain a higher level of access. |
Any other Error | If nothing else works, send an email to the Trella Health support team and we will help you. |
