End User License Agreement (EULA)
This agreement applies if you use Trella Health's market intelligence platform as an individual end user. It explains how you're allowed to use the service and covers the Data Use Agreement (DUA), which sets the rules for using any Trella Health Data you export — for example, using it only to support your employer's sales, marketing, and internal reporting, and never sharing it outside your organization.
CRM End User License Agreement
This is the license agreement for individual users of Trella's CRM product. It covers your personal access to the CRM software itself, along with your responsibilities as a user, such as protecting your login credentials and using the service only for your employer's business purposes.
Master Services Agreement (MSA)
The MSA is the contract between Trella Health and your organization, not something you sign as an individual. It sets the overall terms your organization operates under, including fees, contract term, and ownership of data. You may need this link if a colleague or client asks about the underlying company-level contract terms.
