Overview
In Marketscape Insights, the Analyze page provides detailed metrics for a specific provider, referrer, or supplier. The specific content included on any Analyze page will depend on tfhe Marketscape Insights product you are using, and the entity type.
This article includes the features and tools that are universal to all Analyze pages in all Marketscape Insights products. There are articles for each different Analyze page which includes details for each page. See the table below for links to the separate articles.

The Analyze page
Use the following image as a guide to explore the features and functionality of the Analyze page. The image was taken from the Analyze page for a hospital in Marketscape Insights for Hospice. Features and tools available on any other Analyze page may be different, but the image includes all tools and features available on other Analyze pages.

With this open, you can navigate to any Trella Health product to which you have access. Click on the desired product. This feature is universal to all Trella Health products |

Global Search - To find any entity, you can type in the relevant name or NPI into the search field. For a specific match, a single entry will be shown (left image, below). If your search returns numerous responses, a list will be shown through which you can scroll. (right image)

Provider Information
Near the top of every Analyze page is a panel of information about the selected provider.
- Clicking the down chevron
will open the panel to display the details (next image).
This panel shows basic information about the selected provider. Although the image above is for a hospital, the basic content displayed will be similar for all different entities displayed on Marketscape Insights Analyze pages.
- Click the "Edit" link to enter edit mode (next image).

The leftmost section has a bunch of features. Use the image below for the details.

Entity name - Taken from the NPPES NPI registry. Star Rating - The Star Rating for the selected entity. NPI Link - This is the selected entity's NPI. Clicking on the NPI will open the NPPES record for the selected entity Target - Clicking the target icon

The Location and Specialty boxes will display information drawn from the NPPES NPI database for the selected Entity. -
The box labeled "Assigned User(s) +" will display any users from your company who have the selected entity assigned to them. (See name displayed in image below) -
Clicking the Presentation button - - will open the Engage page and generate the default presentation for the selected entity. Presentations can be customized in many ways.

In edit mode, you can update any of the fields visible in the panel.
- Alias - If you add an alias to an entity, you and anyone in your company can search the Explore page table by the alias. see image

- Many Trella Health customers add internal agency codes to all of their agencies to make them easy to find.
- Click the "Save" button when you are done editing.

Internal note - Any text you enter into this field will be visible to anyone in your company.

Other Contacts - At the bottom of the information panel you might see a field for other contacts. This feature is an ancient historical relic. If you want to connect contacts to any entity, Marketscape CRM is the answer. Talk to your Trella Health customer success manager.

Click on the checkbox to the left of a listed entry to add it to a presentation. |

. Clicking this icon will add that chart or table to your Clipboard list for use in a presentation. Then, when you click on the Clipboard icon 
you can see a complete list of the charts and tables you have added to the clipboard. The Explore page table can't be added to the clipboard - there are too many metrics and entries. In general, you would only use the clipboard tool on the Engage page, although you have the option of looking at your clipboard list with the Explore page open.

Recent Providers - Clicking the  icon will open a list of entities that you have viewed recently. Clicking on any of entries in the list will open the Analyze page for that entry. |

Tabs - Analyze page Organization
The content included in every Analyze page in every Marketscape Insights module is organized under tabs. Clicking on a specific tab opens a different set of tables with metrics that align with the topic listed in the tab name.
The following image is from a Facility Analyze page in Marketscape Insights for Hospice. This image is an example of what the tabs on an Analyze page look like. The actual tabs on each page will be different depending on the module and provider type selected.
All possible tabs in Marketscape Insights are described below.
Sales Spotlight/Insights
Most providers will either have a Sales Spotlight tab or an Insights tab. (Does not apply to HME/Infusion.)
Summary - The Sales Spotlight or Insights tab includes tiles with the most important metrics you need to see to evaluate the selected provider. Sales Spotlight has an added section that shows performance metrics specific to your agency to help you to create a compelling story about your excellence providing patient care for patients also treated by the selected provider.
Ownership
Summary - The Ownership tab has two tables that show the Direct and Indirect owners of the selected provider. This tab is obviously available only for organizations, not physicians.
Patient Population
Summary - It would be better to think of this tab as "patient demographics." In addition to a table of patient population counts, there are tables that break out the payer mix (FFS, MA, Medicaid), patient residence by county, a patient age table, counts of patients by chronic condition and more. In sum, the tab provides a thorough demographic breakdown of the patients treated by the selected provider.
Practice Details
Summary - This is a tab unique to physicians. Under this tab you will find useful information about the locations where the physicians treats their patients. There are also tables that identify medical groups, hospital affiliations, and ACO participation for the selected physician.
Utilization
Summary - Utilization is a performance perspective on how well a specific provider engages with post-acute care. The metrics under this tab will be slightly different depending on the module and provider type. Here is an example: If you are working in Marketscape Insights for Skilled Nursing, and you are viewing an Analyze page for a hospital, Utilization is the percentage of patients treated by the hospital who are admitted to a skilled nursing facility.
Utilization and Quality
Summary - The Utilization and Quality tab, if you see it, is a combination of the Utilization tab (above) and the Quality tab (below). Which tab, or combination of tabs, you will see depends on the module and provider type.
Quality
Summary - This tab is all about excellence in patient care. Use the metrics in the tables under this tab to evaluate how well the selected provider performs based on metrics like readmission rates, hospitalization rates, time to start of care, breakout by acuity, and different diagnostic groups. There are a LOT of metrics included in this section.
This is a case where looking at the article for the specific module and provider type is helpful.
Sources and Destinations
One of the central features of Marketscape Insights is the connections drawn between two claim events associated with two different providers. For example, a patient is discharged from a (source) hospital, and a (destination) hospice admits that patient. In Marketscape Insights for Hospice, hospitals, home health agencies, and skilled nursing facilities can be sources. The only destinations are hospices. In contrast, in Marketscape Insights for Home Health, only home health agencies are considered destinations.
Sources
Summary - Under this tab you will find physician and facility sources. (In Marketscape Insights for Skilled Nursing, facilities are called Hospitals and Agencies.) There are also separate tables for metrics from Medicare FFS claims and metrics calculated from Medicare Advantage.
Using our "Sources and Destinations" model described above, you will expect to see a Sources tab if you are looking at a skilled nursing facility in Marketscape Insights for Skilled Nursing. In that case, If you a looking at the Analyze page for Sunnyside SNF Inc., the sources found under the tab are lists of physicians, hospitals, and home health agencies who/that treated patients who were admitted to the selected SNF - Sunnyside.
Destinations
Summary - The tables on the destinations page will only include organizations that match the Marketscape Insights module in which you are working. If you are in Marketscape Insights for Home Health, you will be looking at the Analyze page for a source physician or source facility. The table under the destinations tab will include all of the home health agencies that admitted patients for the selected provider on that Analyze page.
Medicare Advantage/Commercial
Summary - The MA/Comm tab contains patient counts and claim counts for the selected provider broken out by payer. In other words, if you are looking at the Analyze page for Valley Home Health, the tables under this tab will provide insights in to the different MA organizations whose enrollees were treated by Valley Home Health. The tables allow you to assess MA usage by the selected provider.
Order Share (HMEInf Only)
