Overview
This article outlines the October Marketscape Platform Upgrade Program. Our goal is to make your platform upgrade to the Marketscape Platform a great experience that allows your organization to reach new levels of sales productivity with Marketscape Insights.
All training within this program is free and public. If you are interested in private training or have any questions about the program, please contact your Customer Success Manager for further details!
The program has three phases:
- Leadership Training – leaders are trained on the Marketscape Insight metrics and use cases for managers and sales reps.
- Platform Upgrade – the solution is configured so only products part of the Marketscape platform are available.
- Sales Rep Training – sales reps are trained on Marketscape Insight metrics and use cases for sales reps.
For questions following training, don’t forget about our Office Hours! During these sessions on Tues and Thurs, users can ask questions and receive expert guidance from our team of knowledgeable Customer Success Managers.

FAQs
If we’re ready now, can we request the Platform Upgrade now?
At this time, we are only upgrading customers part of a monthly cohort in order to have a smooth transition.
Can we send our sales reps to the Marketscape for Business Development Leaders session?
We recommend having your sales reps attend the focused training sessions built for them.
However, if you have reps who are in the process of taking on more of a leadership role, we encourage them to join the business development leader sessions to get ahead of the game!
