As part of Trella Health’s effort to increase the security within our solutions, users are required to log in to Marketscape using their email address starting April 1st 2021. This article addresses common questions for administrators supporting their users through this change.
Users will still login at the same URL - https://app.trellahealth.com. Your password will remain the same during this transition.
How do I update a user's email address?
Email is an attribute of the user. Administrators can follow the steps for updating a user as outlined in the Adding and Updating Users article. Non-Administrative users cannot update their own email address and must contact their administrator for changes.
How can I see a list of my users' emails to verify they are accurate?
The Users screen within the Admin application shows as list of users, including email address. Use the Export Button in the top right corner of the table to download this list for comparison with your current emails.
