I’m unable to login. Do I need a new password?
No, your existing username and password will work.
If you are using a password management solution, it will not find your existing username by default because the website URL has changed. Password management solutions differ, but you should be able to follow these general steps:
- Open up your password manager. E.g for chrome, navigate to Settings > Autofill > Passwords.
- Search for the prior solution url of "ExcelHealthPortal.com". E.g. for chrome, search is available in the top right corner.
- Copy or write down your username and password.
- Login to the updated solution URL with your username and password.
- Store the new information to your desired password manager when prompted.
If these steps do not work, you can reset your password by clicking on, "Forgot Password."
