All content in this section pertains only to the Hospice Portal.
Reports > Under-utilizing Physicians
With this release, you will be able to export the data from the Main table on the Under-utilizing Physicians page. The Hospice Utilization Rate by Specialty table is not part of this export.
All content in this section pertains only to the Home Health Portal.
Plan My Visit > Contact Information
When you are on the Plan My Visit Page for a specific Physician, you can now navigate easily to the detail page for that physician by clicking on the button, "View Detail Page." This makes it easy to find additional details for the chosen physician. If you want to keep the Plan My Visit page open, right click on the "View Detail Page" button and select, "Open link in new tab." (For MAC, ctrl-click)
Plan My Visit > Add/Edit Competitors - Top 5 Home Health Agencies
This enhancement is the stuff dreams are made of. When you are working in the Plan My Visit page for a specific physician, you need to designate Home Health agencies related to that physician in order to populate the charts on the PMV page.
This agency selection is done through the add/edit competitors tool. To simplify this selection, we have added a new list that you can choose from called, "Top 5 Destinations for this Physician." (See Screenshot.)
You can still select agencies from other lists, but the agencies in this list are the agencies with the largest patient populations for the selected physician. Using these agencies (along with your own, for comparison) will provide the highest likelihood of producing data in the charts on this page, and more importantly, they represent the majority competitors for the chosen physician's patients.
