Most of the metrics in the tables of the Trella Health Solutions can be exported as an Excel Spreadsheet. A table can be exported if there is an export button visible above the table. (See Screenshots)
If you are unable to see the export buttons, this means that 1) The table does not have export capability or 2) you do not have a sufficient export level to export the data in that table.
There are three levels of export capability - these are found in the different pre-defined roles that can be added to any user.
- Standard User - All users are standard users by default. Without additional roles added, a standard user will have no export capabilities.
- Basic Exports - Allows the Solution user to export data from tables on the detail pages and market share pages.
- All Exports - Allows the Solution user to export data from all tables. This adds the tables on the Main Pages to the Basic Exports Role.
If you would like higher level access, you will need to request this access from the Solution Administrator for your company.
Exporting the data
Click on the export button for the chosen table:
The following pop-up window will appear.
Click on "Click on Download Export."
This will download the table in the form of an Excel Spreadsheet to you download folder.
