Looking at usage data provides feedback on the current state of your Trella Health implementation. You can identify areas of strength as well as opportunities to provide further training and support for your users. With the reports described on this page, you can summarize login counts or review specific logins events to learn more about your users' behavior.
Level 5 (Administrator) Access is required to use the reports in the administration section of the Trella Health Solutions. Administrators may schedule reports for automatic delivery to any email address or download the reports to as an Trella Spreadsheet for further analysis or sharing with others.

Summary of Reports
The Login Report
|This report is a simple list of names and counts of how many times users in your company have logged into the Trella Health Solution during the selected period. Viewing the results of this table will allow you to make a general assessment of your employees' usage of the Trella Health Solutions over time.|
The Login Detail Report
This report is a far more extensive version of the basic Login Report. In this report, every login for every user in your company is listed for the selected period including the following information: Company Name, Username, portal used, Log details, and the date/time of login. The list is in chronological time from the start of the selected period to the end. This report is most useful if it is exported into Excel so that the list can be filtered and sorted.
The Staff Report
On all Hospice, Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospital, and Facility Detail pages there is a table called Key Staff.
If anyone in your company makes changes to the content in this table on any page where it resides, you will be able to track it in the Staff report. For this example, we added Thomas Balitski to the Adams County Regional Medical Center and the Midwest Internal Medicine Associates to Alacare Home Health & Hospice.
