Looking at usage data provides feedback on the current state of your Trella Health implementation. You can identify areas of strength as well as opportunities to provide further training and support for your users. With the reports described on this page, you can track login counts and page views by weeks or months as those trend over a period of time. There are two choices in the usage reports Global Login and Global Page.
The Global Login will show the count of how many times users from your company logged in to the Trella Health Solutions. This is a global count and does not identify specific users. For specific user login data, see Admin Reports.
The Global Page will show the count of different page views throughout the Solutions. This gives a far more detailed view of usage and also allows you to see the page view counts by Market (State) and for individual users.
For the Global Login data, each time a user logs in, it is counted toward the company count. If a person logs off and then logs back in, that will create a count. If a person is logged in to, for example, the Hospice Solution, and then navigates to the Home Health Solution, each portal will receive a count.
For the Global Page data, if a user changes from one market (state) to another, each market will receive a page view count.
The Global login is a summary table that can be displayed with either weekly or monthly counts by clicking on the weekly or monthly buttons at the top right. The table then presents the login counts for your entire company for each period specified at the top for each of the items on the left.
In this screenshot, the counts are weekly (button highlighted). The company name is identified in each row. The top row is a total count of logins for the specified period in the header. The next four rows break out the total count into four different locations, Carepath, The Trella Health University, the Home Health Solution and the Hospice Solution.
Viewing any row shows a historical perspective on usage trends with the most recent period on the left. Going down each column reveals the distribution of usage between the different parts of the Trella Health Solution.
This table contains far more detailed usage data by showing counts of each page view. A user who is navigating through the portal and viewing the data extensively will receive a larger number of page hits. The final data presented will be filtered by three choices you make:
- Choose whether you want to display weekly or monthly counts. This is done by clicking the button at the top right; (Monthly selected in the image above).
- Choose whether you want to view total counts or counts for one section of the Solution. This is done by clicking the black triangle on the left side of the list. The triangle will rotate down and open the table for that selection.
- Choose whether you want to view counts by Markets (States) or by users. Images for both are below.
For this example, we have chosen to look at Weekly counts for the Home Health Solution (HHA). The Market button has been selected so that the data in the table shows the count of state usage. This provides a broad perspective on the way that your users are using the data in the Trella Health Solution.
For this example, we have chosen to look at weekly counts for the Home Health Solution. The users button has been selected. This table then shows how many different pages were viewed by each user during the period specified.
