As a Marketscape user, you can reset your password from any product when you are not logged in, and internally (when you are logged in) in every product except Mosaic.

Reset your password when not logged in
For ALL products, you can reset your password from the login page by clicking on "Forgot your Password?"

Reset your password from within Marketscape Insights
Step 1 - Click on your name at the top right of any page
Step 2 - Click on settings
Step 3 - Click on "Change my password."
Step 4 - Type your new password.
Step 5 - Click the "Change" Button
Reset your password from within Marketscape CRM
Step 1 - Click on "My Profile" at top right
Step 2 - Click on "Change Password."
Step 3 - Enter Current (old) password and new password twice
Step 4 - Click "Save Password."
