As a Marketscape user, you can reset your password from any product when you are not logged in, and internally (when you are logged in) in every product except Strategy.

Reset your password when not logged in

For ALL products, you can reset your password from the login page by clicking on "Forgot your Password?"

Reset your password from within Marketscape

Step 1 - Click on your name at the top right of any page

Step 2 - Click on settings

Step 3 - Click on "Change my password."

Step 4 - Type your new password.

Step 5 - Click the "Change" Button
